Our return policy is for store credit ONLY as long as they are unworn, unwashed, un-altered in any way and are in its original condition. Please make sure you check your item AS SOON AS IT IS DELIVERED. If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock. Please call our store to speak with a stylist to find out if this is possible. Items must be returned within 7-14 days to the date it was delivered to you. We suggest getting tracking for the package for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. We are also not responsible for returned shipping costs.
We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demands for our products. No matter what the circumstances, we WILL NOT accept any returns past our 14 day mark. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your account in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that.
All clearance items are FINAL.
